
Morrissey is returning to touring. The British icon, who is best known as the former frontman of The Smiths, has just confirmed a five-date tour across the UK this December. Each of these arena dates will see him performing to around 15,000 people each night; playing one-off shows at Brighton, Cardiff, Liverpool, Glasgow and Leeds.
This tour announcement was joined with the news of Morrissey’s new album, ‘Make-Up Is A Lie’. This will be the star’s 14th solo studio album, and his first since 2020’s I Am Not a Dog on a Chain. Tickets for the 66-year-old star’s shows will be released this week, with a presale ahead of time. We’ve got all the details listed below.
These upcoming concerts will be the first shows Morrissey has put on since his early 2026 tour. The gigs were met with some controversy, however, as the singer reportedly cancelled a show on his tour due to “lack of sleep”.
