Jessica Chastain is terrifying as Other Mommy in new horror trailer | Films | Entertainment

Three months ago, I was lucky enough to attend CinemaCon Las Vegas, where Hollywood studios debuted a ton of new trailers early, including Avengers: Doomsday, which launched publicly yesterday. Now, another one that blew the roof off has landed online, and it’s a creatively terrifying new horror for producer James Wan. Blumhouse Atomic Monster, the studio behind recent hits Backrooms and Obsession, introduces the trailer for Other Mommy.

essica Chastain stars in a dual role as a little girl’s mother and also a demonic entity that takes the same form. Directed by Rob Savage (The Host, The Boogeyman), the first footage looks absolutely terrifying.
