Lydia Millen’s coveted Fairfax & Favor Town & Country Collection is officially back – and judging by how quickly pieces are already disappearing, royal fashion fans may need to move fast. After the influencer’s original countryside-inspired edit sold out within minutes last winter, the British heritage label has now released a refreshed version of the collection online, and in stores – complete with brand new handbag designs that are already proving hugely popular.

Leading the new drop are the highly anticipated Town & Country Top Handle bags, available in both a larger medium size and a chic micro version designed to fit just the essentials. Both styles lean heavily into that polished countryside aesthetic Fairfax & Favor has become so well known for, blending structured silhouettes with rich pebbled leather and elegant gold-tone hardware.

The new season designs feel slightly more elevated than the original launch too. While Lydia’s first collection played with softer seasonal shades, this updated release focuses on deeper, more timeless colours, including an incredibly rich chocolate brown that feels particularly expensive-looking for autumn and winter dressing.

The new medium Top Handle bag, priced at £375, offers enough space for everyday use while still maintaining that structured, polished look Fairfax & Favor customers love. Meanwhile, the micro version – retailing at £345, delivers a more fashion-forward feel, ideal for occasions, race days or evenings out where you only need your essentials.

Both bags also tap perfectly into the wider quiet luxury movement dominating fashion right now. They feel classic rather than trend-led, balancing countryside practicality with a more premium, city-ready edge – exactly the aesthetic Lydia Millen has built her own brand around over the years.

And this latest launch is not the only style causing a frenzy. Earlier this month, Fairfax & Favor also released a clutch bag as part of the expanded Town & Country range, with selected colour ways already sold out.

For those unwilling to wait, there is still good news. Much of Lydia’s original Town & Country Collection launched last winter remains available to shop now, including several of the bestselling handbags, boots and accessories that helped turn the collaboration into one of Fairfax & Favor’s biggest success stories to date.

The success of the collaboration comes as little surprise given Fairfax & Favor’s growing status among Britain’s royal and countryside circles. Zara Tindall has long championed the brand, regularly stepping out in its iconic Regina boots, tailored outerwear and leather accessories at major equestrian events throughout the social season.

Lydia’s partnership with the label simply modernised that same formula for a younger fashion audience – blending timeless British craftsmanship with versatile, wearable luxury pieces designed to last for years rather than just one season.

Speaking previously to the Daily Express about the collaboration earlier this year, Lydia explained: “It was about capturing these incredible women who live multifaceted lives. One minute they need a beautiful clutch to slip under their arm with a wax jacket, the next they’re heading into London for meetings. That balance was the inspiration for everything.”

And honestly, that balance is exactly why the collection continues to resonate so strongly. These are investment pieces that feel polished enough for events like weddings or the races, along with weekends away – they’re still practical enough to carry into everyday life without feeling overly precious.
